Selected bunches of fruit were picked in the evening, crushed and fermented in stainless steel. A small volume was put aside to ferment in French oak barrels, before being blended back to create the finished wine.

Tasting Notes: Deep crimson in colour, with ripe cassis and plum aromas, accompanied by spices and subtle oak. A full bodied palate intense with raspberry and mulberry fruits and with anise and mocha accents.
