Tasting Notes: The fragrant peach, guava and perfumed citrus blossom aromas lead to consistent flavours of melon and stone fruits. Medium bodied, it has a complex and mouth filling palate with a lingering finish. Perfectly suited to creamy sauce pasta, mushroom risotto, Caesar salad and roast chicken dishes.
