Tasting notes: This vintage Champagne has a very complex, pastry nose revealing vanilla, hazelnut and almond notes. It has a robust structure and a nice, full character wherein its richness and complexity are complimented by peppery aromas which remain through to the finish.

Pairing suggestions: aperitif, cheese platter, perfect with refined dishes.
