TERROIR : Surrounded by the Côtes de Provence, the appellation of Coteaux Varois en Provence, ten times smaller than its big sister, has a very particular typicity thanks to its terroir and its very specific climate. It is perched at an altitude (between 200 and 500 meters), where winters are harsh and summers are scorching, with cooler nights. This alternation of temperature allows the grapes to ripen gently and slowly, allowing them to preserve their aromas as well as possible.
The work of the vines has been AgriConfiance certified since 2007.
