A fresh and feisty Sauvignon Blanc – more New World than Loire.
It hails from vineyards situated on the southeast side of the southern part of Ardèche, the vines planted on drought resistant gentle slopes composed of ancient alluvial soils. The climate is typically Mediterranean.
The grapes are harvested just before attaining full maturity and very early in the morning in order to conserve aromas and freshness as much as possible. The wine is made according to traditional techniques at a low temperature(15°C), and fully protected from oxygen.
