VINIFICATION

Traditional vinification, total destemming, temperature- controlled fermentation, aging in french oak barrel for 10 month.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

17°C.

TASTING NOTES

The robe of dark garnet, intensive aromas dominated by red and black fruits at late maturity, notes of vanilla and spices. Full bodied and silky on the palate.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

Enjoyable with grilled meats, grilled peppers, roast dishes and cheeses.
