La Chablisienne - Chablis 1er Cre 'Vaillons' | Chablis, France

£34.90

Vaillons is separated from the better known Montmain by a thin 300m strip of flat land on the hillside and has a crisp, mouthwatering taste with notes of lime and orange blossom.

Like many of their other 1er Crus, vinification includes yeast and malolactic fermentations in tank, then left to mature for 12 months, on fine lees, in tanks and small barrels.

Chablis is possibly the most famous white wine in the world, in fact it is so famous in its own right, it can be overlooked that the wines are exclusively made from the Chardonnay grape.
