Sauvignon Blanc rivals the native Verdejo to produce a crisp and herbaceous wine from Rueda.
Straw yellow with golden tones, bright and crystal clear. Aromas of fresh-cut grass, anise, fennel, hay and hints of apple. In the mouth, it is ample, robust, fresh and very well-balanced. The finish is very persistent, full-bodied, with a lasting aftertaste.
Castelo de Medina’s offering has picked up numerous awards: Gold in the Spanish CINVE tasting, Silver from Concours Mondial de Bruxelles and Commended in the International Wine Challenge.
