Vintage: 2021
ABV 15%
Grape Varieties: Monastrell
Tasting notes: Unoaked; a brilliant cherry colour with the full blackberry and cherry aromas typical of the Monastrell grape. Sweet and smooth on the palate there is concentrated dark fruit and spice flavors along with notes of liquorice. The finish is solid, grippy and more spiciness. It is a balanced wine, not over-powerful for its abv, with a chewy palate and a good depth to the finish.
Pairing suggestions: pork, beef, empanadas, stews
