Casa Vinicola Bennati has from its outset been devoted to producing the local wine Valpolicella, specifically the ageing of Amarone. These are still the flagship wines of their portfolio.
This beautiful wine is a full DOC Superiore and is absolutely stunning!
The grapes – Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara, for Valpolicella Classico are sourced from this designated DOC area and after vinification has a short maturation in large oak casks.
Finished in chestnut and oak casks, this has full, rich flavours and a distinctive velvety palate with a bouquet of vanilla and almonds.

Tasting Notes: Intense scents of ripe fruit and jam with delicate floral notes and tertiary ones of tobacco and cinnamon. Very elegant on the palate with a complex finish of cherries, blackberries and raspberries.
