Careful and intense, Alhambra Lager Singular follows a slow fermentation process thanks to which its unique, light and fruity nuances are obtained, achieving a flavour as singular as its name.
Inspired by classic German Lager Pilsner style recipes and the Alhambra monument, our master brewers follow a careful brewing process to obtain a light, balanced Lager beer with a mild bitterness that translates into a unique flavour. Because only by dedicating the necessary time can such a unique beer be obtained.

Tasting notes: Golden colour, smooth and crisp with a full, rich texture with lowish carbonation and a little honeyed malt. Aromas of honey, nuts, apple and banana then lead to more citrus fruit evident on the palate, malt is balanced by the hops providing bitterness and spice.
Pairing suggestions: Alhambra Especial is an effective food-friendly match with many dishes; its citrus character goes with most things from Tapas and Pad Thai, fresh tiger prawns to a classic juicy burger.
